Where we deliver
Peony ships to cities within Pakistan. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is Rs. 200 across Pakistan. Free shipping applies to orders over Rs. 3,000; the current FAQ specifies Rs. 3,000.01 or more. Your applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Processing your order
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Tracking details are sent by email or SMS after dispatch.
Estimated delivery
Major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar: 2–3 business days. Other cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays or courier disruptions.
Tracking and address details
Use the tracking number sent to your registered email or phone. Provide a complete, accurate address to help avoid delivery delays.
If delivery is delayed
Contact sales@peony.pk if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe. Peony will work with its courier partners to investigate. The published shipping policy states that courier delays, incorrect customer addresses and circumstances outside Peony’s control may affect delivery.
